What is Board Certified Personal Injury Trial Lawyer ?

Why is it Important to Hire a Board Certified Personal Injury Lawyer?

It is important for victims of serious accidents to hire a board-certified personal injury lawyer for several reasons. Less than 2% of attorneys in Texas are board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS). The organization was established in 1974 by the State Bar of Texas to “promote the availability, accessibility and quality of the services of attorneys to the public in particular areas of the law… and advance the standards of the legal profession.” The TBLS operates under the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Texas making it the authority on legal specialization.
